Business Description
In 2001, I started NeoTech Networks from my apartment in New Jersey, right after my last salaried full-time job as a network admin. I advertised in local town newspapers, serving primarily residential customers with computer problems and upgrades, and occasionally would get a business lead. After three years of breaking even, my business finally started to gain traction and grow. Soon after, I entered the New York City market and attracted some business clients, mainly using Google Ads for advertising and word of mouth.
